Before we start

Your questions, answered.

Write a software project brief around the problem
Do we have to replace our CRM or ERP?

No replacement is assumed. We start with the applications you use and the handoff that needs to improve. The scope may be a change inside one system, an integration between systems or a custom application alongside them.

What can a CRM and ERP integration automate?

A project can connect customer records, prepare delivery work after a sale or pass approved updates to finance and operations. We agree which system owns each field, what triggers an action and how the team handles missing or conflicting information.

How do you handle duplicate records and failed updates?

Matching rules, duplicate protection and recovery belong in the integration scope. Tests should cover retries, partially completed handoffs and conflicting changes. Your team needs to distinguish a completed update from one that still needs attention.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Name the systems involved and describe one handoff that takes too much manual work. Include who owns it, what information moves and what a successful result looks like. You do not need API documentation or a finished technical specification to start.

Bring the problem.
We’ll work through it.

A rough description is enough. If you have technical requirements, bring those too.
