THE NYCG / Consulting

AI & technology consulting

You may have a business problem, a technical brief or an experiment that needs direction. We help define the work, assess the options and plan a useful next step.

Discuss where to start

What we can help with.

Explore the work and the deliverables we can scope together.

Find a useful starting point

Work through a slow process or recurring problem and decide what is worth changing.

Possible deliverables
A prioritized scope with clear assumptions, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
Engagement scope
Work to scope
Current workflow, user needs, available data, dependencies and the first outcome to test.

Plan software & integrations

Turn an application idea or disconnected systems into an engineering plan.

Possible deliverables
A development brief, architecture decisions and an implementation plan to discuss.
Engagement scope
Work to scope
Full-stack application design, APIs, data flows, architecture options and a staged delivery approach.

Help your team adopt AI

Identify appropriate uses of AI and help people understand how to use and review its output.

Possible deliverables
An adoption plan and team guidance built around the work you choose to address.
Engagement scope
Work to scope
Team workflows, tool selection, practical training, data handling and human review responsibilities.

Review technical work

Assess an existing system or model experiment before deciding what to improve or build next.

Possible deliverables
Documented findings and a prioritized set of next steps.
Engagement scope
Work to scope
Architecture, integration behavior, model evaluation design and a review of implementation constraints.
Explore your industry context

Your industry shapes the data, permissions and review process. These examples explain possible approaches; they are not client case studies.

Before we start

Your questions, answered.

Prepare a useful starting brief, without a technical specification
Can we start if our team has never used AI?

Yes. Describe a slow process, a recurring task or a decision your team needs help with. We can discuss possible uses of AI, the information involved and how people would review the result. You do not need to choose a model or tool first.

Can technical teams bring an architecture or model experiment?

Yes. Bring the intended outcome, your current approach and the constraints you want to examine. Architecture review, integration planning and model evaluation design can be scoped around work already underway.

What can AI adoption and team training cover?

The scope can include selecting suitable tasks and tools, practical use in your team's workflow, handling data and reviewing outputs. We agree the audience and the work they need to perform so the guidance is relevant to their responsibilities.

What happens after the initial consultation enquiry?

We discuss the problem, the people involved and what a useful first step would look like. Any further assessment, training or development work needs an agreed scope. Sending an enquiry starts that conversation; it does not reserve a meeting or commit you to a project.

Start a conversation

Bring the problem.
We’ll work through it.

A rough description is enough. If you have technical requirements, bring those too.
