What do you
need to build?

Start with a task that takes too much time, software you need, or a model you want to develop. You don’t need to choose a technology before talking to us.

Talk through your project

We design and build the interface, the business logic and the systems behind it. From a new product to a capability inside an existing one, the work starts with what people need to accomplish.

Customer applications, team workspaces and operational software.

Explore platforms built by NYCG

We build agents that work with your information and tools, including voice, document extraction and source-backed retrieval. Evaluation, permissions and human review are part of the design.

Model training and deployment, including self-hosted models on your own GPU infrastructure.

Training & evaluation detailsExplore system architectures

We connect the applications and databases your teams rely on, so information and tasks can move through the whole operation. We build around the records, approvals and exceptions involved.

Connected business workflows, data pipelines and agents that act through existing systems.

Explore data & integrations

We develop vision models, perception and automation software around the equipment and operating conditions involved. The data, testing and review process follow the work happening on the floor.

Inspection, perception, task logic and connections to production systems.

A defined first release.
Clear responsibilities around it.

  1. 01

    Define the first release.

We turn the business problem into a scoped build: users, system connections and the criteria for checking the result.

  2. 02

    Build, connect and test.

We implement the software and its connections, then evaluate the workflow, model behavior and points for human review.

  3. 03

    Make ownership clear.

We prepare the release and document the system. Hosting, monitoring and ongoing support are scoped with your team.

An order is short of stock. See how software checks another warehouse and prepares a transfer for a person to approve.

Illustrative order recovery: an order needs twelve units, four are allocated locally, and an eight-unit transfer is proposed from an alternate warehouse. A person reviews the plan before system records change.

An example of custom software and AI development. Records, locations and actions are illustrative.

01 / Healthcare

More continuity around care.

Intake, knowledge and connected applications for the teams coordinating care.

RequestContext

Keep the next step connected.

Give the next person the context to follow through.

An administrative workflow illustration. A patient request and its context travel together through scheduling and follow-up. This does not depict a patient record or a completed appointment.

Intake, scheduling support and follow-up applications that help service teams carry a request through to its next step.

Search and AI assistance that bring relevant procedures and source documents into the staff workflow, with access defined around the user.

Integrations between business applications and records, so teams can work with the information they need without repeating every handoff.

An appointment request can pass through scheduling, service teams and several records before someone has the information to respond. When that context is scattered, patients repeat themselves and staff reconstruct the same story.

We design the software around those handoffs: bringing requests, documents and follow-up into a clearer working experience for the people coordinating care.

02 / Manufacturing

A clearer picture of production.

Inspection software, connected operations and industrial automation shaped around the production environment.

Part contextVisual evidence

Ready for a closer look.

Computer vision models and review tools that help teams examine visual evidence, identify exceptions and understand what needs attention.

Operational applications and enterprise-system connections that bring production events, inventory and planning information into a shared context.

Perception, task logic and software interfaces for robotics and automation, shaped around the equipment and operating conditions involved.

A quality issue starts on the floor, but its consequences reach production planning, maintenance and inventory. An inspection result becomes useful when the team can relate it to the part, process and work affected.

We connect operational data with the applications around it, and build inspection and automation software around the realities of equipment, operators and production conditions.

03 / Insurance

Keep the context with the case.

Service applications and document workflows that bring relevant information into the case.

The case file03 / 03

Respond with evidence.

RAG uses retrieved context to draft a response.

RAG / ILLUSTRATIVE RESPONSE

Follow up on the supporting file.

An original illustration of case preparation. OCR reads the example sentence “Supporting file: awaiting receipt.” from Case notes, source 03. Retrieval finds this passage for the question “What needs following up?” A RAG response proposes following up on the supporting file and links back to source 03. The missing file stays visible for human review. This is a scripted illustration, not live OCR or a real claim.

Service applications and connected communication workflows that give teams the context to respond and follow through on an enquiry.

Information extraction and search that bring source material together for review, with a clear path back to the underlying document.

Connections between case tools, customer records and operational systems, helping teams route work and keep its status visible.

A policyholder’s enquiry may depend on a policy record, previous correspondence and documents held by different teams. Each transfer can mean another search for the facts behind the case.

We build applications that assemble the relevant information, support document review and coordinate the work around a case, while keeping decisions with the people responsible for them.

ONE REQUEST. THE SYSTEM BEHIND IT.
THE REQUEST

“Add a teammate to our workspace.”

THE CONNECTIONAI agent

Workspace policy → AI agent → Access request

Access stays pending for an administrator.

INSIDE THE ARCHITECTURE

Separate a request from a grant.

The runtime can create the request. Granting access requires an administrator. Check that boundary before executing an action.

ILLUSTRATIVE CONTRACTcreate_access_request: allowgrant_access: require_review

Keep people in the decision.

Access stays pending until an administrator makes the decision.

HAND OVER

Pending requestAdministrator

An original, scripted SaaS illustration. An AI agent retrieves workspace policy, creates an access request through a connected tool, and receives a pending-review result. An administrator decides whether to grant access. The agent does not grant access. The architecture view separates context, model, permission checks, tool execution, connected systems, run state and human review. Tool results return to the model. Actions that need review stop at a human boundary. No actual customer data, application connection or tool execution is shown.

Customer-facing applications and new product capabilities, connecting interface design, business logic and the systems behind the experience.

Assistants and agents that help users find information and complete work inside the applications they already rely on.

Data connections, internal platforms and model infrastructure shaped around the existing environment, including private deployment where the workload requires it.

A promising feature still has to work inside a real product: with existing data, permissions, dependencies and release practices. Internal tools have the same challenge. A useful prototype is the beginning of the engineering work.

We bring product experience, application engineering and AI implementation together, from the first useful release to the integrations and operating foundations behind it.

CASE STATE / Awaiting evidenceCRM update / Follow-up needed

This authored architecture illustrates proposed engineering, not a running NYCG product or customer integration. Salesforce is an example connected CRM. Data and ontology context flow into agents; workflow policies govern subsequent actions. OCR, PII processing, model inference, fraud signal generation, external messages and writes are not live. A simulated document event resumes preparation and queues human review; it never approves a client or executes a financial transaction.

Client-facing and internal applications for collecting information, coordinating document requests and tracking the progress of a service enquiry.

Data pipelines and review tools that bring records together, surface discrepancies and retain the source context behind operational reporting.

Search and AI-assisted workflows that help teams find relevant procedures and prepare work for an authorized reviewer, with access shaped around responsibilities.

Opening an account or responding to a client often brings relationship teams and operations into the same process. Documents, account information and review requests may sit in separate systems, making the next step difficult to see.

We build the applications and data connections around that work, helping teams assemble information for review, coordinate follow-up and see where an operational exception needs attention.

Before we build

Start with
better questions.

Yes. We begin by understanding your applications, data, access and existing workflows. The first conversation helps identify which connections are needed and where new software would be useful.

No. Bring the problem, who it affects and what you would like to change. We can help shape that into a useful starting scope and identify what needs to be understood before development.

We can design retrieval and agent workflows around your documents, databases and applications. We discuss data access, permitted actions, evaluation and the points where people should review the work.

Self-hosting models on your own GPU infrastructure is part of our engineering scope. The model, hardware, data requirements and operating responsibilities need to be assessed for the workload.

Yes. Engineering and recruiting are separate services that can be discussed together. We can help scope the work and the people your team needs to develop and operate it.
